Meg Ryan’s Soho loft is truly impeccable — and it just hit the market for a amazing $10.9 million. The 4,100-square-foot abode on new York’s Mercer street was originally purchased for $8 million, and has since been elevated with a renovation by architect Joel Barkley and designer Monique Gibson.

Take a peek inside the stunning space where graphic finishes and antique decor meet.

The keyed elevator opens up onto a 40-foot entry hall with five windows overlooking Mercer street on one side, and a set of high-gloss black french doors on the other.

Low-slung furniture emphasizes the 12-foot ceilings in the spacious living room. six architectural columns offer a grand feel, while ebony wood flooring and black-painted french doors ground the airy space.

Black floors and walls envelop the formal dining area, while white ceilings and plenty of greenery keep things fresh.

The dining room’s main attraction is unquestionably the decorative marble mantle fireplace.

In sightline with the formal dining room, the kitchen’s bright atmosphere is a welcome break from the dark palette.

The loft’s eat-in kitchen boasts custom cabinetry by fine Woodwork, marble shelving and countertops, subway tile, and tons of built-in shelving.

Large black pendants above the dining area play with scale and add an industrial vibe, while mismatched chairs are a quirky addition.

The master bedroom is done in a soft, neutral palette of white and grey. While a walk-in closet is a common feature found in most celebrity homes, Meg opted for eight smaller closets that are equally as functional.

A massive ensuite bathroom boasts double vanities with Gringio Carnico marble tops, white subway-tiled walls and a white and black penny tile floor.

No celebrity home is complete without a freestanding tub. this one was designed by Water Monopoly and sits on a pedestal.

In the media room, a desk fronts a large mural-style curtain.
